Refund Policy

   Thank you for shopping at BeautyClean. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

   Refund Eligibility:

   We offer refunds on items that meet the following conditions:

   1. The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.
   2. The item must be in the original packaging.
   3. The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

   Refund Process:

   To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

   1. Contact us at ViralBeautyCleaner@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving the item to notify us that you'd like to return it.
   2. Pack the item securely, along with the original packaging and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
   3. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
   4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   5. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  1-3 days.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

1. Custom-made or personalised items.
2. Gift cards.
3. Sale or clearance items (if applicable)
